Eldora is the backyard winter mountain playground for Greater Denver, Boulder County, and Colorado's northern Front Range. Eldora is located just outside of the charming mountain town of Nederland, Colorado, about 20 miles west of Boulder and less than 50 miles from downtown Denver.

Eldora strives to deliver Colorado’s Front Range the most memorable outdoor adventures to locals and out-of-town visitors.   Eldora Mountain Resort employs up to 700 employees at peak season and has 680 acres of lift-accessible terrain for skiing and snowboarding, including a Woodward Mountain Park experience, and a world class Nordic Center.

The Lead position in the Parking Department assists with more advanced tasks in Eldora’s Parking Lots and public transportation services. Responsibilities include but are not limited too; managing parking areas and shuttle buses, distributing breaks and lunches solving guests issues, directing traffic to exact parking spots, snow removal & runoff control, putting out and picking up parking directional aids and signs, driving parking lot shuttles, and opening and closing of resort. Must have the flexibility and ability to work weekends and holidays during the ski season, must be able to lift 50lbs regularly.

Job Requirements:

· Must be able to work full-time.

· Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods.

· Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

· Must be able to work all weekends & holidays.

· Must be able to do basic math & be comfortable handling cash.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

· Must be able to pass a MVR check.

Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $22.00+/hour, depending on experience.

Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
