Primmed Pain Institute is a multi-location medical practice focused on high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and compliant, scalable growth. We specialize in interventional pain management, lien-based cases, and advanced regenerative medicine treatments.
We are seeking a strong, experienced Manager who understands both the complexity of lien workflows and the clinical and operational demands of regenerative medicine programs, and who can lead with accountability, structure, and ownership.
WHO This Role Is For
This role is for a hands-on, detail-driven leader who:
· Has direct experience managing lien cases from intake through resolution
· Can support managing regenerative medicine programs
· Can lead teams, processes, and performance, not just oversee them
· Is comfortable being accountable for outcomes, timelines, and execution
This is not a learning role. Prior experience in lien management and regenerative medicine is required.
WHAT You Will Be Accountable For (Outcomes, Not Tasks)
Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate will:
· Ensure lien cases are tracked, processed, and followed through accurately and timely
· Improve organization and visibility of lien pipelines, documentation, and communication
· Oversee regenerative medicine patient coordination, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
· Establish clear workflows, accountability, and coverage within the team
· Serve as a point of leadership for lien related operations
· Communicate effectively with providers, leadership, attorneys, and internal teams
· Identify risks, inefficiencies, and gaps; proactively resolve them
