Einleitung

Bist du gerne unterwegs und schätzt den direkten Kontakt mit Fahrgästen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig, denn mit dir erleben unsere Fahrgäste erstklassigen Service und professionelle Beratung auf jedem Kilometer!

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Zusammen mit deinem Team sorgst du für professionelle Ticketkontrollen und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Einnahmensicherung. 

  • Von Montag bis Sonntag bist du auf unseren abwechslungsreichen regionalen Linien im Einsatz. 

  • Du berätst unsere Fahrgäste kompetent und zuvorkommend in Tarif- und Fahrplanfragen und schaffst positive Erlebnisse für unsere Kundschaft. 

  • Ausserdem übernimmst du Sonderaufgaben und leistest Fahrdiensteinsätze auf Linienbussen und Extrafahrten.


Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine Grundausbildung abgeschlossen und verfügst über den Führerausweis der Kategorie D.  

  • Dank deiner lösungsorientierten Art kannst du geschickt argumentieren und auch in hektischen Situationen souverän und ruhig bleiben.  

  • Du hast Freude am täglichen Kundenkontakt und geniesst die Abwechslung, die unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten (inkl. Sonn- und Feiertage) mit sich bringen.  

  • Deine guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein versierter Umgang mit digitalen Geräten runden dein Profil ab.
