Einleitung

Bist du gerne unterwegs und schätzt den direkten Kontakt mit Fahrgästen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig, denn mit dir erleben unsere Fahrgäste erstklassigen Service und professionelle Beratung auf jedem Kilometer!

 

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Zusammen mit einem Team sorgst du für professionelle Ticketkontrollen und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Einnahmensicherung. 
  • Du bist Freitag und Samstag von 23:00 bis 04:45 Uhr auf der Linie SN4 (Zürich HB – Langnau am Albis) unterwegs.
  • Du berätst unsere Nachtschwärmer kompetent und zuvorkommend in Tarif- und Fahrplanfragen und schaffst positive Erlebnisse für unsere Kundschaft.

  • Idealerweise befindest du dich im Studium und willst dir nebenbei etwas dazuzuverdienen, nicht nur fürs Konto, sondern auch für deine persönliche Entwicklung.
  • Dank deiner lösungsorientierten Art kannst du geschickt argumentieren und auch in hektischen Situationen souverän und ruhig bleiben.  
  • Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und arbeitest gerne in der Nacht, Einsätze an Sonn- und Feiertagen siehst du nicht als Hindernis, sondern als Chance.
  • Deine guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein versierter Umgang mit digitalen Geräten runden dein Profil ab.
