Role purpose:
A Sales Associate is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, including handling marketing-generated leads, proactively sourcing and contacting prospects, qualifying opportunities, and supporting overall pipeline growth. The Sales Associate drives customer adoption and user activation, and demonstrates ongoing value across their assigned portfolio. This role addresses inbound demo requests while also conducting outbound outreach, pre-filtering and qualifying leads, and supporting Sales Managers with prospecting and follow-up activities. The Sales Associate collaborates cross-functionally to identify new opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, increase monthly recurring revenue, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
