Who are we?
We are a team of 100+ motivated professionals with different personalities and different career paths who are working in cross-functional teams with the goal of developing innovative, high performance electrical solutions for the e-bike market.
Porsche eBike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Student of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT or a similar field (based in Zagreb)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of C and/or C++
- Interest in embedded systems, microcontrollers and IoT devices
- Basic understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Willingness to learn RTOS concepts
- Ability to read basic technical documentation and schematics is a plus
- Familiarity with at least some communication protocols (e.g. UART, I2C, SPI) is an advantage

Who are we looking for?
For the HMI & VCU Team, we are looking for an Embedded Software Student eager to learn and grow in embedded systems and IoT development. You will work closely with experienced engineers on real products and gain hands-on experience developing embedded and IoT solutions for the eBike industry.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the development of embedded firmware for IoT devices
- Assisting in implementing features that serve as user interfaces and system behavior controllers
- Collaborating closely with senior embedded and hardware engineers
- Participating in code reviews and learning best coding practices
- Testing and validating firmware functionality and performance
- Debugging firmware on target microcontrollers with mentor support
- Assisting in documentation of functional and technical requirements
- Learning about OTA updates and embedded system reliability
