Who are we?
We are a team of 100+ motivated professionals with different personalities and different career paths who are working in cross-functional teams with the goal of developing innovative, high performance electrical solutions for the e-bike market.
Porsche E-Bike Performance was founded to drive the transformation of mobility with smart, innovative electrical solutions. We house a unique pool of expertise with e-bike drive system specialist FAZUA, Croatian software and connectivity innovator Greyp and, of course, all the knowledge, research and experience from the Porsche family.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a comparable field.
- Experience in battery or energy storage technology and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Applied problem solving methods in the respective area.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Team-oriented and able to work independently.

Who are we looking for?
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for battery certification in accordance with international standards and regulations (e.g., UN 38.3, IEC, UL, ISO) and problem solving in the area of E/E and especially battery related issues.
- Coordinate and perform testing in collaboration with internal teams and external test laboratories.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for approvals and declarations of conformity.
- Advise the development department on regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Support troubleshooting in the battery domain, particularly in cases of deviations during testing or certification processes and field returns.
- Collaborate and steer suppliers and ensure timely delivery and follow-up on supplier deliverables related to certification and compliance.
- Assist with audits and communicate with certification bodies.
