<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>Poppulo is seeking a motivated Integration & Implementation Engineer to support our large enterprise customers in integrating and maximising value from Poppulo’s Internal Communications platform.This is a mid-level role, reporting to the Manager, Technical Support.</p>
<p>The position is a hands-on technical implementation and development role, requiring strong coding, analysis, and customer-facing skills. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent project management, time management, and technical troubleshooting abilities.</p>
<p>Poppulo’s Technical Services department is a customer-facing technical development and implementation team focused on supporting customers throughout the provisioning, implementation, and integration phases of our world-class, enterprise SaaS platform.</p>
<p>In this role, you will leverage your experience in development or a related technical discipline to act as a key consulting resource. You will analyse customer systems, assist with solution design and development, and provide onboarding and integration support to large organisations connecting Poppulo with their internal systems.</p>

<li><span data-contrast="none"> Coordinating technical onboarding activities with customer project managers and IT stakeholders</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Becoming a subject matter expert on the relevant areas of responsibility</span></li>

</ul>
<p><strong>Experience & Skills Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years’ experience in a comparable role, with a focus on <strong>B2B API integrations</strong> and<strong> low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato</strong></li>
<li>Strong technical foundation, with hands-on experience or solid understanding of <strong>SaaS / iPaaS implementations</strong> and <strong>customer onboarding</strong></li>
<li>Experience working in or closely with Customer Support, Implementation, Technology, or Solutions Engineering roles</li>
<li>Working knowledge of <strong>DevOps</strong> concepts, including <strong>infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines</strong>, and <strong>code versioning </strong>tools such as GitHub and GitLab</li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>Ruby and/or Python.</strong></li>
<li>Experience with scripting and data formats, including <strong>Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and JSON</strong></li>
<li><strong>Excellent troubleshooting</strong> and <strong>problem-solving skills</strong>, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues</li>
<li><strong>Strong communication skills and fluent English</strong> — this is a customer-facing role requiring clear, confident technical explanations and presentations</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>project coordination and delivery</strong>, managing tasks across multiple stakeholders and timelines</li>
