
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mid-Market Account Manager with 3-5 years of B2B SaaS experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring customers realize ongoing value from our platform, leading to strong retention and growth. This is a newly established role where you will work closely with our Account Executives and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities, mitigate churn risks, and foster long-term relationships with key accounts.
What will you be doing?
Own and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by ensuring customer retention and expansion.
Proactively manage the entire renewal process to secure timely contract renewals.
Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to align with customer business needs.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Monitor customer health metrics to proactively address challenges and identify areas for growth.
