El gerente de turno juega un papel importante en la capacitación, el desarrollo y la dirección de la tripulación. Sirve como parte fundamental del equipo de liderazgo, ayuda al restaurante a servir el pollo más sabroso y coordina una operación fluida de principio a fin para brindar una experiencia al cliente excepcional.

Responsabilidades

  • Planificar sus turnos
  • Verifica el cumplimiento de procedimientos y protocolos
  • Atiende y resuelve problemas que se presentan en la operación del restaurante
  • Asistir al Gerente General
  • Entrenar y liderar un equipo sin supervisión
  • Se involucra en la capacitación operativa y técnica de los empleados
  • Mantener una atmósfera positiva de trabajo en equipo y llena de energía
  • Verifica la satisfacción del cliente/Maneja las quejas de los clientes
  • Aplica una mentalidad de mejora continua a los procesos y procedimientos
  • Abrir/cerrar restaurante
  • Ayudar con el inventario (registro)
  • Ayudar con las necesidades de personal
  • Ayudar con los controlables y mano de obra: mantiene los estándares generales de saneamiento, salud, limpieza y seguridad para las áreas de preparación de alimentos, servicios de cocina y platos y utensilios.
  • Sigue y cumple con todas las reglas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
