El Expedidor, miembro del equipo de recepción, es un enérgico jugador de equipo y enlace entre FOH y BOH. Su responsabilidad es cumplir con el pedido con cuidado, de manera oportuna, precisa y con los más altos estándares para brindar una experiencia inolvidable a nuestros invitado.

Responsabilidades

  • Preparar pedidos de comida para llevar a cenar
  • Garantizar la precisión de los alimentos, prestando gran atención a los detalles
  • Asegurarse de que la presentación de los alimentos sea satisfactoria
  • Empaquetar pedidos en línea y/o de catering
  • Mantiene estándares generales de saneamiento, salud, limpieza y seguridad para áreas de preparación de alimentos, servicios de cocina y vajillas y utensilios.
  • Sigue y cumple con todas las reglas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
