Responsabilidades

  • Mantiene comunicación verbal con FOH
  • Supervisa la calidad de los alimentos
  • Marina y empana el pollo
  • Garantiza que el pollo se inspeccione adecuadamente
  • Sigue los recibos en consecuencia
  • Garantiza el cumplimiento del restaurante con los estándares de salud y saneamiento
  • Sigue el protocolo de pronóstico del pollo
  • Filtración del aceite para garantizar los estándares de calidad
  • Equipo completamente limpio
  • Mantiene los estándares generales de saneamiento, salud, limpieza y seguridad para las áreas de preparación de alimentos, servicios de cocina y platos y utensilios.
  • Sigue y cumple con todas las reglas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
