Miembro del equipo de recepción, la responsabilidad del cajero es brindar una experiencia inolvidable a nuestros clientes guiándolos por el menú y apoyándolos para completar un pedido que se ajuste a sus necesidades y expectativas.

Responsabilidades

  • Dar la bienvenida a invitados nuevos y habituales en cada visita
  • Conocer todos los elementos del menú para hacer sugerencias de comidas y responder preguntas
  • Verificar la precisión de cada pedido de los huéspedes, gestionar pedidos "para llevar", procesar transacciones en POS y seguir los procedimientos de manejo de efectivo
  • Operar la caja registradora y debe poder contar el dinero y dar el cambio correctamente
  • Contar el registro antes y después de cada turno con la gerencia para garantizar que no haya escasez ni exceso
  • Ayudar con los procedimientos de preparación de alimentos de primera línea, como el empaque y llevar los pedidos a las mesas
  • Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente brindando rapidez Servicio eficiente, eficiente y productos de calidad.
  • Debe poder trabajar con otros y comunicarse de manera efectiva en un ambiente de restaurante ajetreado.
  • Sigue y respeta todas las reglas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
