Someone to join our Swiss Sales team in order to shape and execute our national fleet strategy and ensure our business continues to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done, and to enjoy doing it, of course.</span></p><p><span><strong>The responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span>In this role, you'll be expected to lead and manage key Swiss fleet customer relationships, driving performance and strengthening Polestar’s presence in the corporate and leasing sectors. Working as a member of the Swiss Sales team, you'll be instrumental in achieving annual fleet volume targets, developing local pricing tools, and fostering collaboration with global fleet counterparts.</span></p><p><span>See below for a focused breakdown of the main tasks:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage contracts, relationships, and regular communication with key fleet customers and leasing companies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and support the Swiss Fleet team (three team members) to ensure operational excellence.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Co‑own annual Fleet Sales volume targets and track performance against KPIs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop local fleet pricing strategies, tools, and reporting frameworks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate closely with global Fleet Sales teams to align strategy and market execution.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>The ideal candidate</strong></span></p><p><span>To succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, you'll need tenacity, flexibility, and curiosity.
