You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment.</p> <h3 data-start="534" data-end="563"><strong data-start="538" data-end="563">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="565" data-end="1285"> <li data-start="565" data-end="718"> <p data-start="567" data-end="718">Collaborate with sales leaders and recruiting leadership to understand hiring alignment, source ideal candidate profiles, and align on search strategies for SDR org</p> </li> <li data-start="719" data-end="854"> <p data-start="721" data-end="854">Manage end-to-end recruitment for SDR roles - from sourcing and screening through to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing</p> </li> <li data-start="855" data-end="974"> <p data-start="857" data-end="974">Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a strong top-of-funnel for SDR roles</p> </li> <li data-start="975" data-end="1058"> <p data-start="977" data-end="1058">Achieve and aim to surpass recruitment metrics and individual performance goals</p> </li> <li data-start="1059" data-end="1152"> <p data-start="1061" data-end="1152">Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through various channels</p> </li> <li data-start="1153" data-end="1285"> <p data-start="1155" data-end="1285">Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1287" data-end="1319"><strong data-start="1291" data-end="1319">What we're looking for:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1321" data-end="2198"> <li data-start="1321" data-end="1526"> <p data-start="1323" data-end="1526">Preferably 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced setting; prior experience hiring for SaaS or Tech Sales roles, especially within Go-to-Market functions, is strongly preferred</p> </li> <li data-start="1527" data-end="1596"> <p data-start="1529" data-end="1596">Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is highly preferred) and recruitment tools</p> </li> <li data-start="1597" data-end="1713"> <p data-start="1599" data-end="1713">Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams</p> </li> <li data-start="1714" data-end="1808"> <p data-start="1716" data-end="1808">Solid understanding of the talent market in Pakistan, particularly for sales and GTM roles</p> </li> <li data-start="1809" data-end="1894"> <p data-start="1811" data-end="1894">Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders across all levels</p> </li> <li data-start="1895" data-end="2001"> <p data-start="1897" data-end="2001">Strong organizational and project management abilities; highly detail-oriented and adaptable to change</p> </li> <li data-start="2002" data-end="2096"> <p data-start="2004" data-end="2096">Self-starter who works well both independently and within a collaborative team environment</p> </li> <li data-start="2097" data-end="2198"> <p data-start="2099" data-end="2198">Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed recruitment KPIs, even in a remote work setup</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2200" data-end="2231"><strong data-start="2204" data-end="2231">Work Schedule:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="2233" data-end="2408"> <li data-start="2233" data-end="2322"> <p data-start="2235" data-end="2322">This is a remote role, though occasional in-office presence may be required</p> </li> <li data-start="2323" data-end="2408"> <p data-start="2325" data-end="2408">Work hours: 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday through Friday</p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Podium is an equal opportunity employer.
