As a Business Systems Analyst Sr within PNC's Technology - Retail Lending Core Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, Texas.

As a Business Systems Analyst Sr your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Engage daily with business users to understand goals, workflows; facilitate working sessions and stakeholder reviews
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements (business and functional) with clear acceptance criteria and traceability
- Create and maintain requirements artifacts
- Set up test data and query data to support analysis, UAT, and production validation
- Partner with QA to define test scenarios, coverage, and traceability from story to test case; support UAT signoff
- Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements and remove ambiguity
- Support CI/CD and release readiness by aligning stories, test results, and evidence; contribute to release notes and cutover plans
- Drive defect triage and prioritization with product and QA; ensure quick feedback loops

Job Description

  • Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
  • Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .
  • Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .
  • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .
  • Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $108,445.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
