NuTeeth is looking for a driven, people-focused Call Center Specialist to join our surgical dentistry team. In this role, you’ll manage inbound leads and follow up with potential patients interested in All-on-X (AOX), single tooth implants, dentures, and other advanced surgical treatments.
We're not just looking for someone to make calls — we need a high-energy, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of timely, compassionate follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to leads who fill out online forms to schedule surgical consults
- Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email to ensure patients are scheduled and confirmed
- Track and manage your leads using CRM tools and reporting systems
- Understand treatment types (AOX, implants, dentures) and effectively communicate value to patients
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals for consults scheduled and shown
- Work closely with the Surgery team and Treatment Coordinators to maintain a strong pipeline

Requirements
Who You Are
- A people person who’s friendly, patient, and compassionate — but also persistent
- Obsessed with follow-through and won’t give up easily
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail and time management
- Motivated by goals, growth, and hitting targets
- Confident, professional phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Able to self-manage and stay focused in a remote or in-office setting
Preferred Background
- Previous call center, dental office, or treatment coordination experience
- Familiarity with surgical dentistry (implants, AOX, full arch cases) is a strong plus
- Sales, lead management, or high-performance customer service background preferr
