What you’ll be doing

  • Prospect and acquire new SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) clients through outbound telesales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability goals.
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies for assigned market segments.
  • Generate qualified leads through research, campaigns, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate contract terms with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and client onboarding) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide continuous feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities.

Certifications Requirements:

  • Certification in Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Negotiation (preferred).

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or commercial roles within B2B services, call centers, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Languages:

  • Spanish: Native or fluent.
  • English: Intermediate (reading and writing).
