We’re looking for a Senior Lawyer to deliver sharp, commercial legal advice and create incredible experiences for clients using our Marketing Suite products. You’ll help top-tier consumer brands run successful trade promotions, and offer commercial advice on all things risk and privacy; as well as seeing first-hand the impact of Plexus’ tech in action.

About the Role

As part of the high-performing Marketing Suite team, you’ll play a critical role in driving product success and client satisfaction. Your work will:

- Provide fast, practical, commercial legal advice that empowers clients to move confidently.

- Support clients from onboarding through to long-term partnerships, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless and supportive.

- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement with our broader suite (Promotions App, Marketing Review App, Secondments, Gateway).

- Drive product and process improvements that save time and increase value.

- Help build a loyal client base who become Plexus advocates.

- Collaborate cross-functionally across Client Services, Product and Legal to solve challenges and share wins.

- Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, helping them develop and thrive.

- Dive into new systems and legal domains with curiosity and confidence.

- Act as a subject-matter expert, showcasing how Plexus solves real marketing compliance problems.

Your Background

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

- Strong experience advising on trade promotions, risk, privacy or consumer marketing law.

- A commercial mindset with the ability to simplify legal advice for fast-paced clients.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple matters and work across complex systems without dropping the ball.

- A passion for improving processes and using technology to deliver better outcomes.

- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.

- A growth mindset with high resilience, accountability, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
