Shift Availability for Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Full-Time Evening 1:45pm- 10:15pm
- Part-time Evenings 1:45pm-10:15pm, and Nights 9:45pm-6:15am
- Shift differential -- extra $3/hour for 2nd shift and $2/hour for 3rd shift
- PRN Opportunities Available

Responsibilities of a LPN:
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate care delivery and provide care
- Administer medications
- Observe residents, charting and reporting changes in condition

Requirements
Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Current LPN license in good standing; required
- New Grads welcome for Full-time and Part-time roles
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
- A desire to work with the senior population
