About You
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Part Time Receptionist to join our team at Plaza Healthcare. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in high-acuity post-acute care, offering services such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, dialysis, complex wound care, and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using computer and office software applications

- Part Time Evenings (possibility of weekends as needed)
