Our HR Business Partners play a central role in shaping strong teams, trusted leadership, and a thoughtful employee experience across our organization, partnering closely with leaders to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments and enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role combines strategic partnering with hands-on ownership of the full employee lifecycle - from manager coaching and talent development to employee relations and core HR processes - enabling leaders and teams to perform, grow, and navigate change with confidence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Partner directly with the divisional leadership team on execution, organizational design and culture initiatives
Drive employee experience initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and excellence across all functions
Own and drive HR strategies, processes, and initiatives aligned with business needs
Providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior leaders
Lead talent management activities: development, succession planning, and retention of key talents
Support and lead change management initiatives across teams and organizational transitions
Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to align priorities and implement scalable solutions
Hands-on involvement in onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, wellbeing, and selected HR operational activities.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a similar position in an high-tech company
Ability to work effectively with all levels of seniority and with a wide range of personalities
Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree - an advantage
Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills (solving complex employee-related issues, strong team support orientation, and excellent active listening abilities)
Strong business insight, time management, and prioritization management skills
This is a hybrid role based in our Tel Aviv office, with three on-site workdays per week.
