What You Will Do
Manage content planning and operation for major social media platforms in Japan (X, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
Build and maintain a highly engaged user community to encourage interaction and organic word-of-mouth promotion.
Plan and execute online and offline user events — such as meetups and feature introduction sessions — to strengthen user participation and brand trust.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for
2+ years of experience in social media or community operations, preferably in Japan.
Strong familiarity with Japanese social media platforms (X, Instagram, LINE, YouTube).
Excellent Japanese writing and communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
Experience in managing online/offline user events and partnerships.
Data-driven mindset with a creative and user-centric approach.
Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency
