About this role
We are looking for a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) with 3-7 YOE (ideally 3 - 5 YOE) to join our AI venture studio. You are an entrepreneurial, high-agency builder who loves to ship product and has experience taking ideas from 0 to 1. You will be a core member of our technical team, working across a portfolio of products and partnering with industry experts to build category-defining companies.ResponsibilitiesWork across a portfolio of 4-8 concurrent software products in various industries like construction, insurance, and consumer credit.Partner directly with domain experts and a tight-knit product team to rapidly build and iterate on new ventures from scratch.Make high-leverage architecture decisions using a modern tech stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Vercel, Supabase) to ensure quality and speed.Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion and shipping code frequently.Contribute to a collaborative, in-person culture, working closely with the CEO and product team to turn ideas into real, impactful products.
