As Transport & Logistics Specialist you will take ownership of our transportation network and inventory tracking. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of semi finished and finished goods between our partners and customers.A Taste of What to Expect
- Manage transportation bookings and track product deliveries across European operations
- Coordinate internal freight movements between production sites and storage facilities
- Ensure accuracy in transport documentation, managing delivery notes and invoices to ensure compliance and timely payment
- Establish and monitor logistics KPIs to drive performance optimization
- Source new carrier partnerships and identify opportunities to streamline operations
- Travel occasionally to our production facility in Pilsen, Czech Republic
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in transport planning or a similar logistics-focused role
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to build and improve tracking systems.
- You are an accurate person who pays close attention to details, ensuring booking data and documentation are error-free
- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
- Clear prioritization skills to balance operational needs and urgent requests
- You are a strong communicator capable of managing relationships with transport partners, warehouses, and internal teams
- You are enjoy working with data to track inventory and analyze performance metrics

Imagine a world without chocolate. Horrifying, right? But the supply of cocoa is endangered and chocolate is as bad as meat for our planet.
We make future-proof chocolate using precision fermentation. Doing this, our chocolate is 10x more sustainable and 20% cheaper than conventional chocolate. In order to mimic the organoleptic properties of chocolate (tender, smoothly melting taste release) we are working on the flavor itself but also on replacing the cocoa butter.
55 Mio lbs of chocolate are consumed every day. By 2035 we will substitute a big chunk of it through our sustainable chocolate.
