YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT

As our Marketing Manager in the Netherlands, you play a key role in driving plancraft’s success in the Dutch market. Your Dutch language skills and marketing experience help us connect with Dutch contractors – locally, authentically, and with real impact. You shape how plancraft is perceived on the ground, translate our brand into the Dutch market, and make sure our message is relevant to the daily reality of tradespeople.
You will work closely with a small local team, currently consisting of a Country Lead and a Sales Lead, giving you a high level of ownership and influence from day one.
This is a hands-on role with a strong execution focus, especially in the beginning. You create content yourself, represent plancraft locally, and actively test what works to build momentum and growth in the Netherlands.
You’ll be based in Amsterdam, working on-site from our local office at least three days per week and collaborating closely with our local team as well as the German team in Hamburg, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of plancraft’s marketing presence in the Netherlands and actively drive its local success.
• Create, publish, and test Dutch content across social media, website, and selected campaigns.
• Manage and grow our Dutch social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Be hands-on with short-form content creation, including filming and editing videos using existing templates and structures.
• Appear on camera and represent plancraft authentically for the Dutch market.
• Plan and execute local activations such as events, fairs, workshops, and community meetups.
• Build relationships with Dutch creators, partners, and contractors and run creator campaigns end-to-end.
• Collect customer stories, testimonials, and market insights and share them with internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Content, Brand, Performance, and Product to align local execution with global initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

Must haves

• Ability to prioritize marketing activities, test ideas, and focus on what drives impact in an early-stage market.
• Experience in marketing with a strong hands-on approach and confidence creating content such as copywriting, case studies, and short-form video or text.
• Strong affinity for social media and hands-on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including short-form video editing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and representing plancraft in Dutch.
• Experience and willingness to be hands-on with local events and activations, including fairs, workshops, and community building in the Netherlands.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (C1/C2) and confidence speaking with contractors and partners.

• Experience with creator marketing or influencer outreach.
• Basic understanding of SEO and SEA.
• Experience in SaaS, scale-ups, or international teams with localized markets.
