Role Title: Advanced Team Member 

Salary: £33,450.52

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, alternate weeks 

Location: Wigston

What will this role achieve?  

  

Advanced Team members are responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the line. They will deliver products and processes to the required standards and meet site targets for PPM's and downtime. Will also plan production to ensure customer supply. Working alongside the team you will meet quality, safety and operation requiremen

 

What will be your key deliverables?    

  • You will be the first point of contact when machinery breaks down . 

  • Lead the engineering expectations for PPM (services) delivery. Identify when specific engineering skills or resources are needed. Support plant effectiveness through the maintenance programme. 

  • Ensure Quality standards compliance against all Customer expectations.  

  • Deliver the production plan while building strong working relationships between manufacturing and planning. Ensure the customer service levels are met. 

Bring your experience    

Essential   

  • Manufacturing engineering experience.  

  • Safety first mindset  

  • Base Computer skills, emails, word, excel 

  • Demonstrates strong teamwork, and a drive for results. Will need effective communication, behavioural excellence, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making.

Desirable     

  • NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance  

  • Experience of leading process and continuous improvement cultures
