- poznajesz proces realizacji projektów i działań rozwojowych w Banku,
- pomagasz w wprowadzaniu do systemu szkoleniowego danych dotyczących szkoleń, zajęć oraz uczestników,
- wspierasz przygotowywanie i aktualizowanie opisów szkoleń oraz komunikatów kierowanych do pracowników,
- uczysz się analizować dane oraz przygotowywać raporty, zestawienia i statystyki wraz z wnioskami,
- masz okazję zobaczyć, jak testowane są nowe szkolenia oraz aplikacje,
- zapoznajesz się z procesem usprawniania procesów i narzędzi rozwojowych,
- pomagasz w bieżących działaniach organizacyjnych związanych z realizacją inicjatyw rozwojowych dla pracowników Banku.
To stanowisko może być Twoje, jeśli:
- studiujesz lub masz status absolwentki/absolwenta uczelni wyższej,
- sprawnie posługujesz się pakietem MS Office, w szczególności MS Excel (miile widziana znajomość wyszukiwania pionowego i tabel przestawnych),
- cechuje Cię elastyczność i otwartość na zmiany, czyli bardzo dobrze odnajdujesz się zarówno w rutynowych działaniach, jak i w dynamicznie zmieniających się zadaniach,
- posiadasz zdolności analitycznego i logicznego myślenia oraz wyciągania wniosków,
- wykazujesz samodzielność i potrafisz planować swoją pracę,
- jesteś osobą dokładną, zaangażowaną i odpowiedzialną.

What you'll do
- The intern will assist in the implementation of training data into the system and support the preparation and updating of training descriptions and communications. They will also learn to analyze data and prepare reports, summaries, and statistics.
