W naszym zespole na co dzień:
- wspierasz prawników w przygotowywaniu opinii prawnych oraz innych dokumentów,
- uczysz się wyszukiwania i analizy przepisów, orzecznictwa oraz stanowisk doktryny,
- pomagasz w opracowywaniu projektów umów, regulaminów i pism,
- poznajesz proces weryfikacji umów kredytowych oraz dokumentów rejestrowych (KRS, księgi wieczyste, zabezpieczenia),
- masz okazję uczestniczyć w tworzeniu raportów i sprawozdań na potrzeby jednostek prawnych Banku,
- poznajesz zasady obiegu dokumentów sądowych,
- uczestniczysz w spotkaniach i rozprawach sądowych.
To stanowisko może być Twoje, jeśli:
- studiujesz lub jesteś absolwentką/absolwentem uczelni wyższej kierunku prawo lub administracja,
- bardzo dobrze znasz MS Office,
- myślisz analitycznie i wyciągasz wnioski,
- cechuje Cię odpowiedzialność za powierzone sprawy, rzetelność, dbałość o szczegóły, terminowość, wysoka jakość przygotowywanych informacji i umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
- jesteś osobą samodzielną i doskonale organizujesz swoją pracę,
- wykazujesz się zaangażowaniem i inicjatywą w tworzeniu nowych rozwiązań,
- wyróżniasz się komunikatywnością.

What you'll do
- The intern will support lawyers in preparing legal opinions and documents, and assist in the development of contracts and regulations. They will also participate in court meetings and hearings.
