W naszym zespole na co dzień:
- pomagasz w bieżących zadaniach związanych z funkcjonowaniem Platformy Procesów Rozwoju Oprogramowania,
- wspierasz użytkowników aplikacji Jira i Confluence w zakresie zgłoszeń utrzymaniowych realizowanych przez Service Desk,
- poznajesz proces prac rozwojowych obejmujących analizę potrzeb użytkowników, przegląd dostępnych rozwiązań i pluginów oraz przygotowanie koncepcji zgodnych z obowiązującymi standardami,
- masz okazję zobaczyć, jak koordynowane są prace developerskie, testy oraz wdrożenia zmian w systemach,
- uczysz się przygotowywać dokumentację wdrożeniową oraz instrukcje użytkownika,
- pomagasz w tworzeniu raportów projektowych z wykorzystaniem narzędzi takich jak Jira czy eazyBI,
- poznajesz zasady współpracy z dostawcami zewnętrznymi oraz innymi jednostkami Banku,
- zapoznajesz się z metodyką Scrum oraz przebiegiem ceremonii zespołowych.
To stanowisko może być Twoje, jeśli:
- studiujesz lub masz status absolwentki/absolwenta uczelni wyższej,
- sprawnie posługujesz się pakietem MS Office,
- interesujesz się zagadnieniami związanymi z wytwarzaniem oprogramowania oraz pracą w metodykach zwinnych (np. Scrum),
- chcesz rozwijać swoje umiejętności w pracy z narzędziami takimi jak Jira, Confluence oraz systemami kontroli wersji (np. Git).
- wykazujesz samodzielność, orientację na realizację zadań,
- cechuje Cię terminowość, otwartość na zmiany,
- potrafisz pracować w zespole oraz komunikować się z różnymi grupami interesariuszy,

What you'll do
- Assist with ongoing tasks related to the Software Development Process Platform and support users of Jira and Confluence. Learn about development processes, documentation preparation, and project reporting.
