About this role
Na co dzień w naszym zespole:
- projektujesz, rozwijasz i utrzymujesz struktury baz danych wspierające korporacyjny system CRM oraz aplikacje osadzone w jego ekosystemie,
- tworzysz i optymalizujesz przepływy danych pomiędzy systemami źródłowymi a CRM (ETL/ELT),
- zapewniasz jakość, spójność i dostępność danych wykorzystywanych na ekranach CRM oraz w raportach,
- współpracujesz z analitykami biznesowymi, projektantami UX oraz zespołami IT przy definiowaniu modeli danych i wymagań integracyjnych,
- przygotowujesz i optymalizujesz zapytania SQL, widoki, procedury składowane oraz mechanizmy zasilania danych,
- bierzesz udział w analizie i rozwiązywaniu problemów związanych z wydajnością, integralnością i bezpieczeństwem danych,
- wspierasz testy systemowe i UAT, analizujesz defekty danych oraz rekomendujesz usprawnienia,
- dbasz o dokumentację techniczną w zakresie modeli danych, integracji i przepływów informacyjnych,
- współuczestniczysz w rozwoju architektury danych dla CRM i powiązanych systemów.
To stanowisko może być Twoje, jeśli:
- masz min. 2-3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w pracy z bazami danych, najlepiej w środowiskach enterprise,
- posiadasz wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane: informatyka, matematyka, metody ilościowe, inżynieria danych lub pokrewne),
- bardzo dobrze znasz SQL (projektowanie zapytań, optymalizacja, procedury składowane),
- masz doświadczenie w pracy z relacyjnymi bazami danych (np. Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL lub podobnymi),
- znasz zagadnienia integracji danych oraz procesów ETL/ELT,
- potrafisz projektować modele danych dostosowane do potrzeb systemów transakcyjnych i raportowych,
- masz doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami analitycznymi i aplikacyjnymi,
- znasz metodyki zwinne (Agile / Scrum) i rozumiesz cykl wytwarzania oprogramowania,
- znasz język angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym pracę projektową (min. B2),
- jesteś osobą dokładną, odpowiedzialną i nastawioną na rozwiązywanie problemów,
- masz doświadczenie w projektach dla sektora finansowego lub bankowego oraz znajomość zagadnień jakości i bezpieczeństwa danych (mile widziane).

What you'll do
- The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining database structures that support the corporate CRM system and its applications. Additionally, the expert will ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for CRM screens and reports.
