Na co dzień w naszym zespole:
- wspierasz doradców bankowości prywatnej w codziennej pracy, w szczególności: realizujesz dyspozycje klientów bankowości prywatnej w odpowiednich aplikacjach i systemach, przygotowujesz umowy i dokumentację dla klientów bankowości prywatnej,
- zajmujesz się ewidencjonowaniem we właściwych aplikacjach realizowanych operacji oraz informacji dotyczących klientów i zawartych umów,
- prowadzisz dokumentację klientów i rachunków oraz przekazujesz dokumenty do innych komórek i jednostek organizacyjnych banku w zakresie wynikającym z przepisów wewnętrznych,
- przygotowujesz korespondencję do klientów bankowości prywatnej.
To stanowisko może być Twoje, jeśli:
- masz doświadczenie w obsłudze klientów zamożnych (backoffice, mile widziane),
- znasz aplikacje i systemy bankowe wykorzystywane do realizacji dyspozycji klientów,
- posiadasz umiejętności analizowania dokumentów i zarządzania informacjami,
- jesteś osobą sumienną, dokładną i skrupulatną,
- potrafisz obsługiwać pakiet Ms Office.

What you'll do
- The role involves supporting private banking advisors in daily tasks, including processing client requests and preparing documentation. Additionally, the position requires maintaining client records and ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
