<p>We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse operations, and systems administration. This role is responsible for executing daily operational tasks, assisting in system improvements, and contributing to cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain performance. <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Procurement & Planning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create, update, and track purchase orders in the ERP system.</li>
<li>Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, delivery dates, and order accuracy.</li>
<li>Support supplier onboarding and maintain documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor delivery discrepancies and escalate issues.</li>
<li>Maintain planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, safety stock, order policies) in supply chain systems.</li>
<li>Coordinate with production, operations, and sales to align material availability with schedules.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Warehouse Operations Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping activities.</li>
<li>Support inbound receiving by verifying packing lists, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring inventory is processed timely into the ERP/WMS.</li>
<li>Assist with outbound order fulfillment by coordinating priorities, updating shipment statuses, and verifying order accuracy.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/WMS systems.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes, including 5S, standard work, and error-proofing activities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Logistics & Transportation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and brokers.</li>
<li>Track delivery status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist with freight claims, shipping documentation, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Support logistics optimization efforts, including route improvements and shipment consolidation.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Systems, Projects, & Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in maintaining supply chain systems, including data entry, updates, and testing.</li>
<li>Support configuration changes, user acceptance testing (UAT), and basic troubleshooting for supply chain applications.</li>
<li>Help ensure data accuracy and integrity across all supply chain platforms.</li>
<li>Support supply chain project owners by gathering data, preparing documentation, and monitoring progress.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing new processes or system enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and service levels.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on process gaps and help pilot new tools or workflows.</li>
<li>Prepare and update operational dashboards and identify trends, bottlenecks, or risks, and propose basic corrective actions.</li>
</ul>
