JOB OVERVIEW:
To support the Head – Security, Vigilance, and Liaison in implementing and managing security, vigilance, and liaison programs. The role ensures the safety and security of employees, assets, and operations while assisting in investigations and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The incumbent will report to Head – Security, Vigilance & Liaison
EXPERIENCE:
•8–12 years of experience in security and vigilance roles, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical sectors.
•Proven track record in handling security systems, risk assessments, and investigations.
•Experience in liaising with external authorities and managing third-party security services.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Security Management:
•Implement security measures to safeguard employees, assets, and infrastructure at assigned locations.
•Conduct regular risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
•Oversee the functioning of CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
•Monitor the performance of outsourced security service providers.
Vigilance and Compliance:
•Conduct regular audits and surprise checks to ensure compliance with security policies.
•Identify and address potential fraud, theft, or policy violations.
•Support in driving awareness programs on organizational policies and ethics.
Liaisoning Responsibilities:
•Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and government authorities.
•Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
•Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders during audits or inspections.
•Address community-related concerns and ensure smooth operations.
Investigation of Complaints:
• Conduct investigations into internal complaints, including POSH cases and security incidents.
•Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams for timely and fair resolution.
•Prepare investigation reports with detailed findings and recommendations.
Crisis and Emergency Management:
•Assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures.
•Conduct periodic mock drills and ensure site readiness for crisis situations.
•Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies to minimize impact on operations.
