About this role

PipeCare Group is looking for an experienced PMO Projects Coordinator to join our team in Jordan.

Industry/sector: Oil & Gas / In Line Inspection services.
Position Summary: the general role for PMO Projects Coordinator is to provide direct support to Project Managers by assisting with project data entry, documentation, coordination, and reporting tasks.
The PMO Projects Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the ERP system and other PMO tools, contributing to visibility, compliance, and standardized practices across all territories.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
  • Provide direct support to Project Managers by entering and updating project-related data in the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including client info, timelines, scopes, and resource details.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and stage-gate forms, under the guidance of Project Managers.
  • Support Project Managers in formatting project status updates based on inputs they provide or validate.
  • Collaborate with PMO Coordinators and other team members to align templates, file structures, and reporting formats.
  • Organize and archive project documents in accordance with established PMO standards.
  • Collaborate with ERP IT teams to resolve issues related to project records and workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by sharing observations and feedback from daily coordination tasks.
  •  Execute any additional coordination duties as assigned by the PMO Director.
Skills/Experience
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or PMO support roles.
  • Experience in project-based environments, such as Oil and Gas, Engineering Services, or Industrial Projects, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and document management tools.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and PMO functions is a strong asset.
  • Certification in CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PRINCE2 Foundation is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
  • Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
  • Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
  • Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
  • Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
