We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our plant while managing purchasing activities for critical materials, parts, and equipment. This role plays a key part in keeping our facility running smoothly, supporting production reporting, maintaining efficient procurement processes, and building strong vendor relationships to ensure operational success.

When You'll Work:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
What You'll Make:
$24.00 / hour to $28.00 / hour
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration and / or purchasing within a plant or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management tools
Skills & Strengths:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Vendor relationship management experience
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
