It’s Possible.</p></div><p>Pinterest is looking for an experienced executive communications lead who will build and deliver the internal communications and employee engagement strategy for select C-level executives and their organizations. In this position, you will play a key role in driving these leaders’ internal communications both within their organizations and across the company for major moments.</p> <p><strong><br>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as trusted advisor on internal comms to our C-level executives, guiding the strategy and execution of their internal communications engagements</li> <li>Craft messaging and comms strategies that capture leader voices and employee attention, while effectively communicating complex and sensitive information across a variety of teams.</li> <li>Write and manage key channels, including: executive emails, messaging for business updates and announcements, team town halls, talking points, executive engagement plans, and more.</li> <li>Implement tracking and reporting to measure progress against organizational objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>A strategic mindset with project management and leadership and leadership skills.</li> <li>High level of competency in collaborating with and advising senior leaders, including delivering feedback.</li> <li>Proven success building and implementing communications programs for technical teams, including skill set in distilling complex information into simple terms.</li> <li>Strong familiarity with the technology, engineering and product space, with the ability to quickly understand and translate technical concepts, roadmaps, and tradeoffs for specific audiences.</li> <li>Experience independently leading reactive comms including change communications and crisis management.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute complex communications plans and programs and drive consistency and alignment across the organization.</li> <li>Experience establishing best practices on how to leverage internal channels and collaboration tools strategically.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in communications (including internal communications), preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
