Job Description

The purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) customers and service an account portfolio.

In this role you will: 

  1. Work with supplier partners to maintain adequate inventory in the warehouse to support key customers.
  2. Coordinate drop shipments from supplier partners to meet customer needs.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries from Pilot internal customers including pricing of products and services, delivery requests, order management, and urgent needs for products.
  4. Work closely with the PSS warehouse team to prioritize urgent needs for customers and ensure timeliness of critical shipments.
  5. Provide ideas to the PSS Product Manager in order to promote new products and services.
  6. Build relationships with internal customers and promote PSS products and services to help grow the business.
  7. Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of internal customer concerns and issues.
  8. Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g., package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year’s related work experience required; two years’ work experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic CRM skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult issues.
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and problem-solve.
  • Ability to adapt to change including a willingness to take on new tasks and technology.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and flexibility to support other areas of the business as needed
