Job Description

The Enterprise Application Analyst II role is responsible for delivering comprehensive support to end users, ensuring data integrity across system, assisting with application testing, and conducting research to resolve issues within the PDI Enterprise application suite. This position plays a key role in maintaining system reliability and providing timely solutions to enhance operational efficiency

  1. Provide intermediate-level functional and technical support within the PDI\Enterprise application including troubleshooting and resolving application issues reported by business users or integration systems
  2. Monitor application interfaces and remediate batch failures. Document failure root cause and resolution provided
  3.  Adhere to Incident, Change and Problem Management to ensure application remains SOX compliant
  4.  Assist with  troubleshooting of SSRS reports, perform data analysis and audits as per requirement
  5.  Coordinate on UAT during application upgrades / system integration and document test cases
  6.  Create / maintain interface documentation, train shared services during transition of interface monitoring
  7.  Support business users in establishing PDI application access. Maintain PDI User group permission and membership.
  8. Model behaviors that support the company’s common goal and purpose; ensure guests, business users and team members are supported at the highest level
  9. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Three years of related experience in ERP systems
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills [Excel, Word, PowerPoint]
  • Basic MS, SQL Scripting and SSRS Knowledge
  • Intermediate understanding of system architecture, basic skills preferably in Python, PowerShell or relevant Tech stack · Good understanding and experience in using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Service Now
  • Data Analysis and Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand moderate business and technical solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and focus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Inter-personnel and customer support Skills

Additional Information

  • General office work requires sitting or standing for long periods of time
  • On-call support during non-business hours and / or weekend as required
