Job Description
Document Management System
- Assisting Process Owners in Identifying and Reviewing existing documents (SOPs, GDLs, WIs, Forms)
- Watermarking of newly registered documents
- Review of aging items/concerns
- Assisting QSP in reviewing and following up aging concerns
- Support in preparation of 3rd party audit
Qualifications
Education: Must be a student currently enrolled in a college/university studying BS Industrial Engineering.
Onboarding Requirements
- Officially enrolled in a university
- At least on its penultimate year
- Enrolled in an internship subject
- With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
- Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
- Required hours: 240hrs or up
