Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d'une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion

Rattaché(e) au manager ISP Supply Chain and Regulatory, vous contribuez à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers de la zone (CA, EBIT) sur laquelle vous travaillez en mettant sous contrôle les aspects Supply Chain de la relation client. Vous êtes un acteur-clé de l'atteinte du taux de service attendu.

Vous assurez l'interface entre les clients distributeurs, la BU Opérations et la zone commerciale. Vous êtes le contact privilégié de nos clients sur les aspects supply chain.

A ce titre, vos missions principales sont :

Updater et maintenir le catalogue produit et les tarifs des différents distributeurs basé sur :

  • Les informations commerciales et marketing de la zone (plan des lancements, arrêt produits)

  • Les informations du département opérations Supply (switches de codes)

  • Récolter et analyser les prévisions de nos clients Distributeurs pour garantir une cohérence et stabilité de planification

Chaque mois :

  • Assurer le respect du calendrier mensuel et l'exhaustivité des mises à jour

  • Gérer et mettre à jour le catalogue produits de prévisions

  • Analyser les prévisions de ventes (plan d'approvisionnement) récoltées

  • Gérer les commandes payantes et gratuites de nos clients Distributeurs pour garantir le niveau de service souhaité

  • Assurer le respect du calendrier mensuel

  • Gérer et mettre à jour le bon de commandes

  • Analyser les commandes récoltées

  • Participer à l'obtention de la validation de la commande par le Distributeur en étroite collaboration avec le Service Client International (O2D) et suivre son cycle de vie (confirmation, ancrage, préparation, expédition, …)

  • Gérer l’envoi des unités échantillons à des fins règlementaires ou pour test business

  • Coordonner l’obtention des documents nécessaires à l’exportation et la commercialisation de nos produits dans les différents pays (Certificat de vente libre, procuration, lettre d’autorisation)

  • Suivre les réclamations clients

Assister le chef de zone dans le pilotage de la zone

  • Assister au pilotage de l'atterrissage de Chiffre d'affaires et du processus RFF/RFO

  • Assister au pilotage des risques stocks (ruptures, obsolescence produit, sur-stocks)

  • Suivre les contributions marketing consenties aux distributeurs et les enregistrer

  • Contribuer au pilotage du risque et au respect des réglementations en matière de contrôle des exportations

  • Suivre les besoins et la passation de commandes des articles promotionnels institutionnels
