Your mission

Pierre Fabre engage un programme de transformation Data & IA sur le périmètre R&D Medical Care afin de bâtir une plateforme AWS moderne, sécurisée et industrialisée, capable de soutenir à l’échelle les besoins R&D actuels et futurs (données internes/externes, partenaires et CRO, analytics avancée, ML/MLOps et cas d’usage GenAI).Ce programme impose des exigences fortes de sécurité by design, traçabilité, gouvernance et conformité (GxP/CSV) avec une posture audit-ready.

Si vous souhaitez avoir un rôle significatif dans ce projet d’envergure, rejoignez la Digital Acceleration Information System (DAIS) Pierre Fabre comme Lead Cloud Engineer Data & IA à Lavaur (site Cauquillous, 81), pour être le(la) garant(e) de la fiabilité, de la sécurité et de la scalabilité du landscape cloud qui alimente nos cas d’usage Data, ML et IA au sein de la R&D Medical Care.

Vous concevez, automatisez et opérez des plateformes et services Cloud de classe enterprise (AWS-first, ouverture multicloud), au service des Data Scientists, Biostatisticiens, Bio-informaticiens et équipes produit. Votre impact est direct : accélération de la découverte, qualité des données et augmentation de la ‘Probability of Success’ (PoS) des études.

Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion :

Vos missions principales :

  • Concevoir, déployer et faire évoluer des landing zones sécurisées (réseau, identités, secrets, chiffrement, logs) et des environnements data/ML prêts à l’emploi.
  • Industrialiser l’ingestion, la transformation et l’orchestration (batch/stream) pour des données hétérogènes (structurées, non‑structurées, images, texte, multi‑omics).
  • Mettre en place et opérer la chaîne MLOps de bout en bout : feature store, registry, CI/CD, stratégie des déploiements, monitoring des modèles, réévaluation et gouvernance.
  • Automatiser via Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform), Policy‑as‑Code et pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) avec tests, sécurité et conformité intégrées (shift‑left).
  • Piloter la sécurité by‑design (Zero Trust, IAM/ABAC, KMS/HSM, secrets management, vulnérabilités, durcissement images), la conformité (GDPR, GxP, HDS) et la traçabilité (audit, chain of custody).
  • Mettre en œuvre des pratiques FinOps (showback/chargeback, réservations/Savings Plans, right‑sizing, data lifecycle) et des SLO/SLA mesurables (SRE).
  • Coconstruire avec les équipes Data/Produits des architectures de référence (datamesh, lakehouse, APIs, event‑driven) et des blueprints réutilisables à l’échelle du portfolio.
  • Animer la communauté d’ingénierie (guidelines, documentation, formation, coaching) et contribuer aux comités d’architecture (Design Authority).

Ce poste est compatible avec du télétravail jusqu’à 2 jours par semaine selon les règles d’entreprise.

Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs :

COMPÉTENCES - CLÉS

Formation : Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur/université).

Expérience : 3-8 ans en cloud engineering, dont expérience significative sur AWS et sur des plateformes data (ajustable selon séniorité recherchée).

Secteurs régulés : expérience appréciée en Life Sciences / environnements contraints (audit, traçabilité, validation).

Certifications appréciées : AWS (Associate/Professional - Developer, DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security).

DIMENSIONS

Périmètre : R&D Medical Care ; environnements prod/non-prod ; interaction avec de multiples produits/projets et partenaires.

Enjeux : sécurité et conformité (GDPR/GxP/HDS selon périmètre), industrialisation MLOps/GenAI, time-to-market, fiabilité et coûts.

Organisation : collaboration avec ressources internes/externes ; contribution aux communautés Cloud Engineering et Data Platform.

Cloud providers : AWS (prioritaire) ; ouverture multicloud selon contexte (Azure/OVHcloud).
