Your mission

Dans le contexte de l’accélération digitale des Marques, la BU Consumers & Patients Activation souhaite renforcer ses équipes d’un profil Brand Digital Manager à temps plein. Ce profil aura pour mission d’accompagner l’une de ses Marques de Dermo-Cosmétiques dans la définition et le déploiement opérationnel de sa stratégie d’activation. Avec pour objectif de maximiser sa visibilité auprès des consommateurs finaux et d’optimiser sa présence sur l’ensemble des points de contact media & digital.

Le/La Brand Digital Manager aura pour responsabilité de :

  • Définir une stratégie d’activation digitale pour la Marque, prenant en compte ses enjeux business et Marketing.
  • Accompagner la Marque avec son expertise digitale lors des campagnes 360 : contribution aux briefs, participation aux recommandations des agences
  • Formaliser une recommandation d’orchestration des touchpoints digitaux (paid, owned, earned) pour chaque campagne clé – en lien étroit avec les experts internes Consumers & Patients Activation.
  • Développer les formats digitaux nécessaires à la mise en place de cette recommandation – en lien étroit avec les équipes Brand Content de la Marque.
  • Animer la communauté des digital managers en marché.
  • Mesurer la performance des dispositifs digitaux de la Marque et émettre des recommandations d’optimisation auprès des équipes locales.

Who you are ?

Expérience Requise

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine digital, avec une expertise plus particulière en marketing digital (paid media, content marketing, influence, gestion social media, optimisation SEO, website)
  • ​Une expérience en digital marketing local (filiale pays) est un plus
  • La connaissance du marché des cosmétiques est un plus

Compétences Techniques

  • Gestion de projet: capacité à gérer des projets à multiples stakeholders
  • Outils de marketing digital: maîtrise d'outils tels que SEMrush, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager
  • Maitrise des outils de mesure de performance
  • Analytics & insights : capacité à s’appuyer sur la data pour la prise de décision
  • Aisance linguistique: compétence en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
