Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion.

1. Production & orchestration des contenus

  • Définir les besoins en assets digitaux en lien avec la stratégie digitale, les priorités business, les insights conso et les spécificités plateformes
  • Piloter la production des contenus d’activation, pour les campagnes (Méta, Tiktok, VOL, Google, E-retail, …) et les activations hors campagnes (e-retail, CRM, website, social always-on)
  • Concevoir et livrer des kits de contenus digitaux, pensés pour un usage marchés, fidèles aux territoires de marques et adaptés aux formats et usages des plateformes
  • Rédiger les briefs, piloter les agences, gérer les plannings et assurer la validation des contenus

2. Expertise des touchpoints & content strategy

  • Orchestrer la cohérence des contenus à travers les différents touchpoints du funnel, en maîtrisant les équilibres entre contenus branded, creators, HCP, etc.
  • Développer des expressions de marque best-in-class chez les e-retailers et les plateformes sociales
  • Réaliser des benchmarks concurrents et assurer une veille active sur les tendances, formats et évolutions plateformes

3. Performance, learnings & déploiement marchés

  • Assurer le déploiement des contenus auprès des marchés et accompagner leur adoption
  • Suivre l’usage des assets par les pays
  • Analyser leur performance, en consolider et communiquer les learnings pour ajuster les contenus et les plans d’activation

4. Responsabilités transverses

  • Collaborer avec les Brand Digital Managers pour définir les parti pris contenu et contribuer au masterplanning de production
  • Être lead ou co-lead sur des projets d’accélération digitale cross-marques
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et des ways of working au sein de l’équipe Activation Content
  • Capitaliser sur les learnings et partager les best practices pour inspirer les équipes centrales et les marchés

La durée du CDD est de 6 mois.

Le poste est basé à Lavaur, proche Toulouse . Le télétravail est possible à hauteur de 2jours par semaine.

Package de Rémunération :

Vous bénéficiez d’un package de rémunération complet et attractif : 13ème mois, intéressement, participation, actionnariat salarié avec abondement, mutuelle, prévoyance, 16 jours de RTT, CET, CE

Who you are ?

Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs.

Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le digital, idéalement avec une spécialisation en marketing de contenu, paid media, social media ou e-retail

  • Expérience dans le travail avec des agences est un plus
  • Connaissance du marché des cosmétiques est un plus

Compétences Techniques

  • Expertise confirmée en production de contenus digitaux et compréhension des principales plateformes sur l’ensemble du funnel digital (Meta, TikTok, VOL, Google, e-retail, …)
  • Capacité à gérer des projets complexes, multi-acteurs et à collaborer efficacement avec les agences
  • Connaissance des outils de marketing digital et d’analyse de performance (Meta / tiktok business manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, …)
  • Aisance linguistique : français et anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
