Ideal Mechanical/Pieper Power is seeking an experienced Journeyman Residential HVAC Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
• Perform system replacements and new installations according to code
• Conduct maintenance services and system performance checks
• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

General Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman HVAC license (State of WI) be a member in good standing or willing to join the union
• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Proficiency in diagnostics, installation, and system troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments
