<li><strong>Candidate Sourcing:</strong> Du bist hauptverantwortlich für das Recruiting des Engineering Teams in unserem neuen Logistik Center in Berlin - findest in kurzer Zeit viele passende KandidatInnen, begleitest sie durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson.</li>
<li><strong>Aufbau des Kandidatenpools</strong>: Du baust einen soliden Pool an KandidatInnen auf, die Picnic mit Begeisterung voranbringen wollen.</li>
<li><strong>Innovative Recruiting-Strategien</strong>: Du bringst deine innovativen Ideen und vorherigen Erfahrungen ein, um neue Talente zu finden - deiner Fantasie sind hier keine Grenzen gesetzt!</li>
<li><strong>Employer Branding</strong>: Denke über den Tellerrand hinaus: Was kann Picnic, was andere Unternehmen nicht können? Was für Initiativen können wir noch starten, die die besten Talente von uns überzeugen?</li>

<li>Du bist aktuell in deinem Masterstudium in einem relevanten Bereich und suchst ein Vollzeit-Praktikum (Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum)</li>
<li>Du hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting gesammelt und weißt, wie man Talente findet und begeistert.</li>
<li>Du kannst Menschen begeistern, kommunizierst souverän mit KandidatInnen und internen Stakeholdern und behältst dabei immer den Überblick.</li>
<li>Du gehst die Dinge proaktiv an und hast keine Angst vor dem Unbekannten</li>
<li>Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse </li>
<li>Du bist bereit, vier bis fünf Tage pro Woche in unserem brandneuen Büro in Düsseldorf zu arbeiten</li>
