Role Summary 

The Technical Lead provides hands-on technical leadership for security remediation and AO Comms execution. This role translates findings into sprint-ready work, leads solution design, and ensures high-quality, first-time-right delivery across applications and platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Triage and scope incoming vulnerability and AO Comms items. 

• Design and lead remediation solutions across application, middleware, and gateway layers. 

• Translate compliance and AO communications into executable engineering tasks. 

• Review code and configuration changes for quality and security. 

• Mentor engineers and maintain reusable remediation playbooks. 

Required Qualifications 

• 7–10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. 

• Strong understanding of application and web security remediation. 

• Experience working within sprint-based delivery and change governance. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• API gateway, TLS, and infrastructure configuration experience. 

• Financial services or enterprise platform background. 

Success Metrics / KPIs 

• First-time-right remediation rate. 

• Cycle time from intake to ready-for-test. 

• Reduction in repeat or systemic findings. 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
