Now Hiring: Weekend Caregiver in Columbia, MO
Help seniors remain comfortable and safe at home while making a meaningful difference in your community.
Phoenix Home Care has an immediate need for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a senior client in Columbia. This role focuses on weekend care with flexibility to help during both daytime and overnight hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Weekend Hours of Need:
- Morning shifts: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Overnight shifts: 9:00 pm – 8:00 am
Caregivers may work one or both shift types based on availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care and assistance
- Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift (experience required)
- Help with meal preparation
- Support daily routines and activities
- Offer companionship and reassurance

What You’ll Need:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass a background check and drug screening
