At Phoenix Home Care & Hospice, we believe in creating New Beginnings—for our clients and our team members. We’re currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse OR Registered Nurse to step into the role of Assistant Nurse Supervisor.

- Help supervise home care cases and field nurses
- Help train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
- Work cases in field as needed for non-acute patients
- Ensure quality care and compliance with policies
- Promote open, supportive communication
- Uphold operational standards and drive efficiency
- Provide emotional support to families and team members
- Assist with complaints and performance concerns
- Assess and document patient care per policy & plan of care
- Active Missouri or Compact LPN or RN license
- Previous nursing supervisor experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to train and lead in the field and office settings

What you'll do
- The Assistant Nurse Supervisor will help supervise home care cases and field nurses, ensuring quality care and compliance with policies. They will also train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff while providing emotional support to families and team members.
