Real Estate Project Manager
Your role:

  • Support initiation, planning and execution of multi-discipline sub-projects, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, timelines, costs and staffing requirements.
  • Integrates all work-streams involved in delivering real estate construction projects, ensuring effective coordination and timely execution with support from senior colleagues.
  • Operates with minimal supervision, applying independent judgment to make decisions on significant financial and project-related matters.
  • Supports Sr Construction PM with an oversight to manage site execution team responsible for civil and finishing works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Directs the external project partners (PMC, Architect, Cost consultants etc) to manage and administer on-site materials, ensuring that all supplies are handled, stored, and utilized according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Presents detailed reports on project status, including progress, financial performance, and any deviations from the plan, to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Engages in clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients, to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.
  • Resolves any issues or discrepancies that arise during project execution, ensuring developing resolution plans in a timely manner to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Manages project timelines and milestones using project management tools to ensure efficient progression and timely completion of all project phases.
  • Provides guidance to address any issues or deviations from the project plan, implementing actions to ensure project alignment.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in project management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-13 years of experience in areas such as Real Estate Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural Design, Engineering Design or equivalent with Bachelor's  
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in areas such as Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural Design, Engineering Design or equivalent with Bachelor's OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
  • PMI- Constructional Professional or equivalent would be added advantage

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
